refunds and cancellation

inkmate Plus is optional, and we would rather you are happy than stuck. Here is how cancelling and refunds work.

Use the customer portal link in your Polar receipt email to cancel. Your plan then stops renewing and Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

refunds

• New subscribers: ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, ask within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it.
• Charged twice or by mistake: tell us and we will put it right.
• Otherwise, we do not refund the part of a period that has already started, but you can cancel to stop the next one.

how to ask

Email support@inkmate.fun with the address you used to subscribe. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
